GUNSHIP by GUNSHIP Some albums are so good that I feel it’s a crime not sharing it with the world. So is ‘Gunship’ (by, well, Gunship). That one pushes all my buttons – synths? 80’s sound? great cover design? awesome videos? yes, yes, yes and yes. Do yourself a favour and not only listen to
FOREIGN RELATIONS by Ronald Raimund A perfect soundtrack for a laid back rainy Sunday in Norway.
EP by KVÖL It’s been a while since my last post, but I could never say no to a good new wave/post punk album. Makes me feel like home.
i ‘ She Came This Way by Derek See: This fantastic psychedelic rock album has some qualities of the 60’s and at the same time brings something new and fresh.
i ‘ Noise Nebula by Kaleido: First of all, the art of this album, WOW. And now for the music – this album feels so complete and it’s not something that goes without saying. I’ve been listening to it around 15 times for the last week and enjoyed every second of it.
i ‘ SWARMS by VULPIX: Dreamy guitars, beautiful glimpses of 80’s new wave and a nice hazy atmosphere – all packed in an excellent album by Jordan Barrow, aka VULPIX.
i ‘ Decomposing(Shorthand) by 23: Dreamy, hazy & easy listening. A beautiful album to start your day with.
i ‘ Now I’m Immortal LP – ltd, hand-stamped numbered tape release LC005 by ManMachine: Something in between dark, new wave and synth-pop. Must say it’s one of the most special albums i’ve heard lately.
i ‘ Acosmism by BlessU: Don’t let the cover art mislead you – this is not a trashy 80’s album but a great chillwave one. A really great one.
