Whiskey and Words by Jeremy Cowgill Bluesy Folky Country that you won’t be able to stop listening to.
Hold Me Darling, I Know Your Pity Well by Cesar Maria This guy is awesome for giving is music at “name your price” cause it is worth spending money on. Some country, some folk, some psychedelic influence and mostly great music.
Jacqueline Taieb: Her 1967 Debut Album by Jacqueline Taieb this is a real gem from the end of the 60’s. It’s a French Arabic psychedelic album and it’s wonderful.
Music Is Religion by Ben Sumner Sweet, a lot of pop but mostly different. Some of these guys’ songs just broke my heart with their beauty.
We Shut Our Eyes by Belle-Skinner Sweet Sweet pop with a lot of folk influences.
Jeremiah Rhodes by Jeremiah Rhodes Very unique and different country folk. The cover of this album makes you think you are going to get Toby Keith kind of country, but this one is a more Marc Broussard and it is great.
Contact (EP) by Virgili & The Rivals Although these guys consider themselves to be psychedelic rock, they also have a distinct Pop Folk Edward Sharpe kind of vibe which I really enjoy. Surprisingly, they aren’t from the US but from Spain!
Realistic Cycles EP by Elliot P Grant Elliot P Grant returns a new EP that is beautifully made. I enjoyed it so much it gave shivers when I first listened to it.
Like The First Time by Benjamin's Brother Shana Tova everyone! As it is the Jewish New Year’s day (Rosh Hashana) we decided that the best way to celebrate the holiday is by recommending some great Israeli music. So the first one is a folk alt-country and very sweet album by Benjamin’s Brother.
Faraway EP by Alright Alright Alright Alright’s music is really theatrical but the singer’s sweet voice is what really make their music special.
Untitled #1 by Tyto Ok I’ll like this sweet vibe these songs have.
Minaret by The Coffee Sergeants This one is a real gem from 25 years ago. This album was recorded in a fire station and it is as wonderful as could be. It’s a great accompaniment for my Saturday.
