Realistic Cycles EP by Elliot P Grant Elliot P Grant returns a new EP that is beautifully made. I enjoyed it so much it gave shivers when I first listened to it.
Talk Memeory by Casey Smith Going back to school has also brought us some wonderful music – Casey Smith’s album is exactly the way to start September.
Test of Life Forms by Elliot P Grant Only 4 months after his previous album Elliot P Grant releases a new one and it is even better – it is soft, at times sweet, at some point it ever turns dark. I can’t stop listening to it and you probably wont either.
CYEP by Cupid Youth I can’t resist a good shoegaze-dreampop album, and that was the case with Matt Allen’s project, Cupid Youth. Four pretty songs, well written and recorded. Sometimes that’s all you need.
Glimmer Down by Miss Mobile Home So glad there is a new album by Miss Mobile Home – it’s warm and mellow and unique – basically I’m in love.
Two by Ninth Paradise This album has got a really dreamy and cool vibe to it.
Murmurations by The Wild Jays Not something I would expect to come from Nashville but from the UK. I can’t believe I’m saying this but they remind me of everything that Coldplay could have been if they made the right kind of music (which is the good kind).
Motel Belle and the Sand Sun Universe E.P by The Recurring Dream I don’t know anything about these guys (this guy?) but their music is exactly what I like and need. Psychedelic and shoegaze combined.
Phantom Limbs by Movie Brain Phantom Limbs is one of those albums that you fall in love with from the first moment you push the play button. And the funny thing is? You can name your price for it.
LOVE by MORNINGFACE This is sweet and broken and I can’t get enough of it.
Demo by Distant Creatures I Don’t tend to say ths easily, but so far, this is one of my favorites this year
Redrawing you once again by Saccadic eye motion The Israeli music scene is too short on dream-pop & shoegaze acts if you ask me – thank god for Saccadic eye motion who helps to change this equation for the better.
